House money back guarantee, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied
with your painting, we guarantee to either refund the purchase price or send a
replacement painting, the choice is yours .
If you have any problems for your purchase, please follow the procedure below
to notify us and obtain your replacement painting or refund:
1- Within 7 days of receipt of your painting ,please inform our customer
service centre via email, include:
- Your name
- Your order reference number
- Reason for return the painting (This is for our records
only so that we can improve the quality
of our service. ) .
- Indicate whether you require a refund or a replacement
painting.
2- Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with the information
required to return your painting to us .
3- You will then need to pack the painting in its original tube and return it
to us at your own cost via any postal service that requires a signature upon
receipt.
4- We will then refund you less shipping & handling or send a replacement
painting as requested by you after we receive your returned painting.
Note please, the framed and stretched paintings are not covered by our
guarantee.
